No Diet Pills: There is not one. Any physician who tells you differently either doesn't care about your health or is getting rich because of it.  All pills that claim weight loss are frauds.  They are pushed on to gullible humans who are desperate for weight loss. Please do not be one of those individuals putting off the diet and exercise changes you need to accomplish to really lose weight and keep it off.

Choices: As of 4/11/12, the only two drugs currently approved for weight loss in the us is orlistat and phentermine.  There are pros and cons for both drugs.  I would focus on lifestyle changes first before thinking about these choices. They won't do much unless you also work on your diet and exercise regimen.

Tricky: The company doesn't give a lot of info on it's ingredient(s).
Basically a rumor has it that it works because of glucomannan. A not-very-absorbed starch like paper. Mostly, the results on similar compounds have been (slightly) positive. There are several reasons. First, diet foods work by substituting something that doesnt have calories. Second, fiber....helps gut hormones and metabolism

Probably: But i wouldn't waste money buying supplements that have no medical evidence that they do anything helpful for you.  Stacker 3 is essentially a caffeine supplement.  You might lose a small amount of weight temporarily due to the caffeine, but coffee will do the same.
