What : What you are describing sounds like inflammation or possibly an infection of the urethral meatus or the opening of the urethra on the tip of the penis. This is usually mild and can be treated with an antibiotic ointment to the tip of the penis with each diaper change for a few days. Any over-the-counter antibiotic ointment will suffice.  However, do not use an antibiotic ointment that says pain formula or has an additive to provide pain relief as this can irritate the genitalia in an infant. If you are concerned or if it does not improve i would have your child see his pediatrician.

Nosebleed/ clots: As bleeding stops during the course of a nose bleed, it is not unusual to see clots in the nose and back of the throat. If you are experiencing recurrent nose bleeds, avoid Aspirin and Ibuprofen containing products, and go in to your doctor to check your blood count and general health. You may also need to see an otolaryngologist (ENT) for definitive care.

See a Surgeon: Most possibly you may have significant hemmoroids . Chronic blood loss is serious. You must see a surgeon to look at it, first we want to make sure it's only hemmoroids, second , if it is it should be fixed.

Thromboses: I cannot see that the small amount of ASA would cause menorrhagia.  Even better, get up and walk the aisle every hour.  If the flight is empty, elevate you legs on empty seats. Avoid crossing your legs during the flight. If you have a history of problems, but supportive hose.

: Implantation bleeding is light spotting. Any other heavier bleeding is most likely an early period. Irregular menstrual cycles can be caused by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, ovarian cysts, uterus issues or thyroid issues. Talk to your Dr if these symptoms persist. A pregnancy test is positive the first day of your missed period.
