Implantation bleeding is light spotting. Any other heavier bleeding is most likely an early period. Irregular menstrual cycles can be caused by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, ovarian cysts, uterus issues or thyroid issues. Talk to your Dr if these symptoms persist. A pregnancy test is positive the first day of your missed period.
