Definitely: I commonly called this the pre-period pimple since it is due to the spike in Progesterone before your period.

Unlikely: It's unlikely but really depends on the length of your cycle. If you have a short cycle length, 20 days for example, it is possible. You should always use some sort of contraception,  to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, regardless of your cycle length - cycles are not always "regular".

Not likely: Having intercourse that late in the cycle would be well after ovulation and would have a very low probability of causing a pregnancy.  Hope this helps!

What's your question: If you engage in unprotected sex and your period is late, then you may be pregnant. Best way to find out is to take home pregnancy test. These are available w/o prescription at most drug stores in the States. They're inexpensive and very accurate. Regardless of result, go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for screening for sexually transmitted diseases/infections.

Bleeding from penis?: It won't affect your period at all. That is not normal at all, though.   He should be evaluated by his primary care doctor or a urologist.

Depends: If your periods are predictable may just fall when it is due, although if about due for your period now may be lighter or absent due to the tranexamic acid.  If your periods are unpredictable it would be worth a doctor consult to tease out reasons why, or possibly ask your gynaecologist who may know more specifics about your case  All the best.

Several causes: There are many possible causes.  
Periods can be irregular
You may have a fever from an infection like a flu.
Is it possible you are pregnant?
You could be having a very early miscarriage.  
Most likely cause is just a slightly late period.

Unclear: It's unlikely that the water (if it was water) in the cyst from the ovary would be related to your discharge.  If a cyst breaks and the water in it spills, it's going to typically spill in our abdomen, not down through your tube and then uterus and then out vagina.  Cramping likely has to do with your menstrual cycle. Discharge is normal every day. If discharge smells or itches, see md for evaluat.

See you doctor: Many possible causes, but your cycles should come from 21-45 days counting from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next.  They should last 7 or fewer days, and generally shouldn't have clots.  Write down the dates of your periods, and if they're outside of these parameters, see you doctor to find out the cause.

Pregnancy test: If you are 4-5 days past the due date for your period, you may wish to do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. Alternatively you could see your doctor for a blood test.
