Depends: If your periods are predictable may just fall when it is due, although if about due for your period now may be lighter or absent due to the tranexamic acid. If your periods are unpredictable it would be worth a doctor consult to tease out reasons why, or possibly ask your gynaecologist who may know more specifics about your case All the best.
