No interactions: There are no known interactions between caffeine and Strattera. The FDA cites 400 mg a day as the recommended limit of caffeine for healthy adults. The American Academy of Pediatrics discourages caffeine for children. Consider decaf soda if at all. Hmmm...: What do you mean by anxiety?  In my way of thinking, caffeine (espcially in normal amounts) as a drug does not have the pharmacological property of causing ANXIETY.  However, EXCESS caffeine usage in an individual can, by a different number of ways (i.e. too much as in Energy drinks, withdrawal as in cutting back or sudden cold turkey) cause jitteriness, nervoussness, shakiness, etc.

Can't say: It varies by the person.  1-2 cups of coffee a day is not always a good rule of thumb either.  A S----s coffee can contain up to 500mg of caffeine. 2 of those is way beyond what is generally recommended.  So listen to your body and your responses to caffeine for the best practice.

Follow instructions: If you follow the instruction on the package, you are unlikely to take a dose sufficient to cause any significant problem.  There is no good way to tell if you are taking too much by your symptoms since by that time you are likely to have already taken too much.

Stimulant: Caffeine can be safe in normal dosages if you are healthy. Remember, caffeine is a stimulant and side effects can occur. Caffeine can react with medications you are take. Most common side effects include insomnia, nervousness, restlessness and anxiety. Other side effects can include stomach irritation, nausea, vomiting, increased heart rate and increased blood pressure, and there are more.

I would talk to your doctor about a plan to reduce, then eliminate caffeine from your diet.  This will reset any tolerances (eventually) and perhaps help you live without or use more safely.
