Can't say: It varies by the person. 1-2 cups of coffee a day is not always a good rule of thumb either. A S----s coffee can contain up to 500mg of caffeine. 2 of those is way beyond what is generally recommended. So listen to your body and your responses to caffeine for the best practice.
