Carpal tunnel: Sometimes we just get pains but  check for thyroid, diabetes,  magnesium calcium, potassium  and B12( especially if vegan )  as all can cause  muscular pains.  Do you sit a lot at a desk/computer? Break every 30 to 45 minutes and stretch for a minute. Rarely could be food allergy,  autoimmune, MS or other. Because of calf pain go to urgent care/ doctor today check  d-dimer , insure not clot.,

Not possible: There is no way to "correct" the structure of your foot (non surgically). If symptommatic, orthotics can be used to "adjust" the foot. If truly symptommatic, surgical options exist.

Plantar fasciitis: Arch pain could be plantar fasciitis. Stretching exercises and icing  will help to decrease your symptoms. You may also need orthotic management and injection therapy.

Arch psin: Your foot controls the alignment of all the other joints in your body so if your foot is out of alignment then the other joints will be as well ultimately leading to arthritis you can help this by getting fitted for custom orthotics
