Not possible: There is no way to "correct" the structure of your foot (non surgically). If symptommatic, orthotics can be used to "adjust" the foot. If truly symptommatic, surgical options exist.

Why: Why do you want to correct it? If you are having pain in a high arched foot, it is often a problem with shock absorption. This can be easily fixed by careful shoe choices and cushioned inserts. If your motivation is appearance, the only way to change foot structure is surgery and it is a fairly complex procedure, with the possibility of a less than ideal outcome. Be happy with a painfree foot.

Arch supports: If you have a high arched foot that causes some pain, look for shoes that have more arch support in them, or have them made. If you have callusing, you may need to see a podiatrist. Sometimes, as a rule, surgery is not performed for high arched (cavus) feet unless very severe, and the patient understands it can be extensive in scope and recovery...And you will still need supportive shoes!
