Caries: The tooth pain needs to be evaluated not only to for pain relief but to prevent further damage to the tooth such as from a cavity.  Sensitivity to hot and cold is usually due to periodontal disease exposing the root.  Please consult your dentist, even if you can treat the pain with over the counter medications.

Cold sensitivity: Cold sensitivity is not uncommon, depending on the type of filling and how much decay needed to be removed.
Most cold sensitivity will disappear within 2-3 weeks. 
If you are still having sensitivity after this time, or if the sensitivity lingers for for more than a few seconds, call your dentist.

Nerve exposure: The sensitivitity is probably due to a nerve exposure.  Since is appears over the entire mouth it is probably not decay, but root surface exposure.  You can try otc desensitizing solutions like sensodyne tooth paste, or a mouth rinse, or see your dentist.  Another way is use a tray like the periotray to hold the desensitizing solutions in place long enough for them to work.  See your dentist.

Light sensitivity: Usually the casue is dry eyes or allergies..It's best to d/w ophthalomolgist who can do a shirmer test to assess tear production as well as examine your eyes to assess for and allergies or infection.

The issue is that when the baseline tear film is insufficient or of poor quality (e.g. Breaks up quickly rather than maintaining a lubricated surface), then the eye is sensitive and responds to minor irritation like sun, wind, dust etc. By flooding down tears.
