As Dr. Sparacino : Noted, speak to your doctor about this.  I have never heard of anyone getting "cold sores" on their feet.  My pure and unadulterated guess (not seeing your feet) is they aren't cold sores.

how long does the hand foot and mouth disease usually last ? and will  all the cold sores go away at once or little over time ?

About a week: HFM is a viral infection that causes blisters on palms, soles and in the mouth. Can be associated with moderate fever. The ulcers in the mouth will fade at different rates. Drink cool liquids, soft foods like pudding, yogurt, ice cream. Avoid acids like Orange Juice. Annoying but usually a self limiting condition. Tylenol (acetaminophen) can also help with the pain.

Not a cold sore: A cold sore (herpes) is extremely unlikely on the foot. Something else is causing this, even if it looks like the kind of cold sore you might get on your mouth. See a doctor if it doesn't heal or you otherwise remain concerned.

i shot ice day before yesterday in forearm & foot now it's swollen,red,and has fever. i've been in bed with a cold& sore throat ever since. any sugges?

See a doctor : This has me concerned – I think you have a infection from where you injected those drugs. This can progress, including infection of the bloodstream, with organ dysfunction and possibly death if not treated properly. Sorry to scare you, but you need to get help right away. Doctors are professionals – you should not be judged for drug use – and medical records are private. Hope you get better.

See below: Without looking at it or having a photo, it is likely either a fungal infection or warts.  You should see your doctor (primary doctor is sufficient) to have it checked out.

Cold: To help relieve inflammation. If your pain is yet to improve, consider seeing a doctor just to ensure that you did not fracture your toe. Best wishes.

If the swelling worsens, if the pain becomes unbearable or if the foot/toe becomes numb, go to an emergency room.
