: It might, especially if the filters are dirty. Check the a/c filters and exchange old filters for new ones. Another common problem is mold growing on the coils by the blower. It's moist and dark in there. Consider professionally installed internal UV lights to help mitigate the problem.

how long do you feel better after a dose change in synthroid. my dose was changed from 100 mcg to 88 mcg daily. its my 6th day on the 88 mcg and still have fatigue, cold intolerance, sleep trouble. how many weeks does body adjust to the dose change?

Synthroid : I need to clarify. Are you saying your dose has decreased? Normally when someone is having fatigue, cold intolerance we consider their lab's test and may increase the dose. More information is needed , how have your TSH levels been?

Mutiple factors: can delay your cycle: stress, tension, illness, hormonal variations, changes in climate/altitide. I suggest keeping a menstrual diary indicating the (s)-start, e-(end) sp-( spotting) h-(heavy), l-(light) or c (clotting). This will be helpful to both you and your GYN. Nonetheless, consider condoms or BC pills plus spericidal foam or gel.

May be getting: The "flu".  Acute lead poisoning is somewhat uncommon and usually presents with pain, muscle aches, weakness and confusion, but also frequently with upper and lower GI symptoms.

Pediatric fever: If the baby is not feeding properly, continuously irritable, sleeping excessively, or behaving quite differently than they do normally it would be prudent to have them seen and re-examined by the pediatrician.

It's not necessarily: Unhealthy. Only concern is that it might be stimulating & interfere w falling asleep. If it doesn't shouldn't be a problem. As an aside, our internal body clock tends to lower body temp in the evening in preparation for sleep, so theoretically, a cold shower could mirror this cycle. Cold is also a great anti-inflammatory agent for muscles sore from exercise.

No: A lot of people sleep better when the temperature of the room is cold at night. Some patients have told me they sleep with the window open when the temperature is below 32 degrees and they have a fan on and they never are sick. So i guess to each his own and to each his own body.
