hi, i am experiencing tingling sort o sensations /cold feeling in my lower left leg/foot and left hand to fingers. a bit of anxiety as i dont know why? mri for ms clear. this is daily since last thursday.

what causees a burning feeling in lower leg with no pain?

Possible a nerve: Extremity nerve compression problems, tendinits or knee problems could cause your symptoms. More likley the burning down the leg could be from sciatica.  Sciatica is due to low back issues such as arthritis or disc herniation compressing the sciatic nerve/branches. If symptoms persist or you develop any weakness/paralysis in your lower extremities then seek attention immediately in an er.

i have a warm feeling in lower leg.  it is not red or warm to touch.  is this dvt? i am 32 years old 5'2" and 106 pounds.

Not likely: Unless you have had surgery recently, or had a prolonged hospitalization, long plane or car trip, or have some inherited cause of DVT (such as Factor V Leiden). If your symptoms go away within the next week, don't worry about it. If they continue, see your doctor for an ultrasound. If you develop chest pain or difficulty breathing at any time, go to the ER. EnteCr an answer sum: You're describing the medial calf or the gastrocnemius muscle. Typically in a runner, walker who is a pronator, the gastroc will tighten, and can cause tightness, discomfort and even strain due to over use. Sterching exercises can help a great deal, as well as flexibility of the posterior calf muscle group. Massage, and yoga can help.

how long can it take for numb feeling in lower leg through to big toe to go away when caused by sciatica? this symptom along with ankle bone pain is lasting longer than the usual pain in the hip/thigh area. had on and off since epidural for c-section?

: My rule of thumb is if sciatica is still problematic after 6 weeks, i recommend an MRI of the lumbosacral spine and/ referral to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options.

Leg pain and DVT: It is common for people with various types of leg pain to worry that they may have DVT.  What you describe does not sound like DVT.  There are several things that you can do--first, try heat to the area and ibuprofen.  If this doesn't help then see your physician for a venous ultrasound which is the best test to make a diagnosis of DVT in the upper thigh.
