i had a large starbucks cold brew coffee at around 5 pm. i am on 20 mg of zyprexa. even with taking zyprexa i didn't sleep at all. is it bc caffeine?

Possible: Without knowing your complete medical history it is difficult to say if it is the caffeine in the coffee.
While caffeine is a stimulant depending on your coffee history and tolerance it may or may not keep you from sleeping.

Irrelevant: You should brew for your personal taste.  The issue of health and coffee/caffeine has been going on for decades.  No study convincingly shows any ill effects other than the obvious sleep effects and some degree of minor tremor in the susceptible.  Otherwise coffee is enjoyable, but in no way a health product.

a fly accidently got stuck in a coffee pot but my friend said that he washed it out. but i can't help but worry that it wasn't washed out thoroughly. i did rinsed it out this morning because i made a mistake in brewing it. chances of me getting sick?

Good idea: Brewing was a good idea. Boiling water pretty much sterilizes pots, cookware, utensils, etc... In developed countries, where we are overly clean already, using boiling water isn't as needed from a health standpoint. In developing countries, it's a good idea to make sure one's coffee, tea, water, or soup actually reached the boiling point before cooling down to drinkable temperatures.

2yo has had 2 coffee ground looking stools today. very hard to clean him. leaving a terrible rash on his bum and sac. should i be concerned?

Caffeine: Sounds like you are sensitive to caffeine. A rash can sometimes occur from boing nervous. There are no similarities in what you drink to indicate an allergy other than caffeine and that does not produce an allergy.

Sounds : Sounds like you have perinasal dermatitis.  If you are going to use otc medications, i would probably recommend that you put Cortaid (hydrocortisone) on the area twice daily and then place a thin layer of polysporin on the area  at bedtime.  That will hopefully reduce the inflammation and possible bacteria in the area and improve the redness and scale.  If that doesn't work after a week or so, consider seeing a dermatologist who can prescribe medications that are a bit stronger/more effective than what is available otc.  I hope that helps!

hi when i set up coffee machines i sometimes sip/taste 30 cups of coffee in a short time. could this damage my kidneys? i eat as little as possible salt n sugar. exercise regularly.  low processed foods so none to little sodium.

Taste and spit: I trust that you do not drink 30 cups of coffee, just taste the coffee from 30 different cups. Taking up to 4 cups of coffee/day will not do harm and may be good for you.
It is good that you exercise.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
