Is something stuck: Sounds like you should see ENT doctor to R/O anything serious. He can see if something is stuck, if pus is coming out an orafice. He should be able to make diagnosis.

No Cold Prevention: There is no relationship between an Aspirin allergy and cold prevention. In fact, there is a relatively common condition in which Aspirin allergy is associated with asthma and nasal polyps. In this case you are often sick more frequently.

Probably turbinates: We have structures in the nose called inferior turbinates, which help to regulate airflow, and moisturize the air we breathe. Most people would be able to touch them with their little finger if they tried, though that is not recommended, as it may irritate them. However, it would be unusual to be able to reach that area with your tongue.

hello i am having like some drainage or something .... its clear and appears to be coming from my nasal cavity i do have allergies . i have been taking flonase mist but it doesnt seem to be working ....?

Oral medication: Make sure that you are using the nasal spray properly, 2 sprays in each nostril once a day 
If this does not work, you may try using an oral antihistamine like loratadine or certizine, these are once daily and can be found over the counter.

Staph Infections: This is serious. I hope you are getting appropriate antibiotics and are taking them. There is no reason to wait.  This can be very serious.

Space in nose: Not a problem. It refers to the space in and behind your nose. Cavity means a space. Nasal refers to nose. No treatment needed -- of course, sometimes it requires blowing :-).

: It could be done, but why? HPV isn't known to infect the nose.

Nope: By itself, having the ability to touch ones tongue to their nose does not define or represent a problem.
