Maybe: Fallopian tubes can "spasm" and create cramping, but it usually does not go down your legs. Adhesions and endometriosis can cause those kind of pains, so get examined by a gyn md to determine the cause.

Neurologist: It's true that a hand tremor with use rather than at rest is not characteristic of Parkinson's disease, but stiffness and being tongue tied are. Familial essential hand tremor does occur with use(intention tremor). I recommend consulting a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.  In view of cognitive issues and depression psychiatric evaluation is also needed.

Please get to ER.: Usually I like to hazard some guesses as to what's going on, but your current situation sounds quite serious and deserving of immediate local attention. You could be significantly anemic, hence not thinking right.  Please call an ambulance and get to an Emergency Room right away for an immediate investigation.

Nope, won't work: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the way your legs grow through growth plates within the ends of the shafts of the bones make it so your proposed method would not work.  You can't stretch out those growth plates to make yourself taller, and the bone that is already there won't stretch - its like trying to stretch steel or wood - to rigid to be amenable to that.  Accept what your height is.
