Not likely, but....: Co-Q 10 is important in energy metabolism and a strong anti-oxidant.  Do not drink alcohol before bedtime or taking any menstrual cramp medications that may contain antihistamine-like ingredients, as these can make things worse. Uncertain.: Epoetin alfa &amp; Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) was the only  check  I was  able to do in the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker. Maybe in you could be more specific about the erythropoietin.  Drugs. Com drug interaction checker didn't show any  known interactions between Epoetin alfa and Coenzyme Q10.

Yes: Coq10  is coenzyme q10 and helps the mitochondria produce ATP (energy in the cells): it is very beneficial and it is mandatory to take it if one is on cholesterol lowing medications like statins. It helps prevent heart disease as well. There are no adverse side effects. It is obtained from oily meats and whole grains in our diets.

Yes: I'm assuming this is for fitness / bodybuilding. Creatine is excellent for gaining muscle and if you want mass, probably you want to use this. Coenzyme q is less likely to do anything for you as an athlete; it's heavily promoted and has some interesting effects but i'd urge you not to get your expectations up.

You won't hear about this if you get all your information from "health" internet sites. If you're interested in this, get with an evidence-based holistic doctor.

Yes: Coq10 is already present in every cell of our bodies. The only medicines it is known to interact with are the blood thinners Coumadin (warfarin) and Anisindione (and almost everything interacts with these). It is safe to take coq10 with clopidrogel.
