Unless there's more in your history that has not been revealed, I would agree with you. (what makes you think fermented cod liver oil is beneficial and has no potential for harm?)

It could be a thyroid hormone problem, or could be that her heart is beating irregularly for another reason, etc... Additionally, a cardiologist can also evaluate.
