Go see your doctor: Fever(temp over 98 degree) like this is worrysome if it is coming on daily or more than ocaasionally. Your doctor would have to examine you to find the cause of fever  which can be an infection if the fever is of recent onset. Or it can be something more serious if the fever has continued for more than 1 or 2 weeks.

If you are 'too thirsty' and waking up at night to urinate and have a lot of thirst, it might suggest that your sugar levels are elevated and diabetes needs to be checked,  If you have family with diabetes and overweight you are at higher risk.  Check with your doctor.

Water: I believe on a usual day we need 1 liter of water per day and on very very hot days we need 2 to3 liters per day, drinking too much water can lead to water intoxication which can cause confusion, seizures, coma and death due to low sodium etc
at night drinking so much water can keep you up, especially if you are gulping down huge quantities of water.

See below: You are probably producing more urine for all 24 hours- may be you notice more. If you drink more fluids, you produce more. Also if you have a lot of caffeine in the evenings you will make more urine.
