Not sure: I haven't come across any study that shows prevention of kidney stones with above. If you are having recurrent stones, will need to make sure that your serum calcium level is not high. Certain dietary changes can reduce kidney stones formation, including drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day at least, avoid sugary drinks and weight gain. Talk to your doctor regarding medication for kidney stones.

Probably not: Although increased fluids are helpful in preventing kidney stones i can't think of any reason why coconut water would dissolve stones.

Drink enough water: So that your urine is watery, colorless and odorless. Depending on your size, muscularity, physical activity, and weather, the amount of water intake needed to keep urine dilute will vary.

It may help: Soaking beans overnight can help reduce oxalate content. Also, boiling and cooking in a pressure cooker may help also. Same goes for vegetables.

Save "speck": The black "specks" could be small blood clots or pieces of stone. It would help if you save one of these to have these tested.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Probably not..., but: The described 0.7-cm size is large than what professionally advised to wait and see. Generally speaking, some 85 % of stones of &lt;0.4 cm would pass through ureter in 2 wks; but it doesn&#x27;t mean the &lt;0.4-cm ones would always pass and the &gt;0.4-cm ones would never pass. Yet, if stone-related pain is tolerable and the dilation of ureter.Kidney is not severe, few &gt;0.4 cm stones may pass in 1-4 months.

i have a 3.6mm max kidney stone just found by ultra sound.i am drinking 3 or above ltr of water since 2 days. even now it is paining on both sides .

Well: it  varies  stones  can pass in a  couple of  days especially if they are  moving.Stones  can also  stay in one place  for years.Ask your  urologist  fir  specific  advice

: That is very possible. No accurate prediction can be made without knoing the size of the stone. But with your description chances of passing it are very high. Good luck and use a strainer when you pee so that you can catch the stone and have it analyzed
