Possibly: Possible reasons for orange urine: Eating lots of foods high in beta carotene such as carrots or vitamin B2 or C. May be due to dehydration or problems with liver/ bile duct. Medications: Pyridium, laxatives, Rifampin, warfarin, Azulfidine &amp; some chemotherapy medications.

Unlikely: These dishes have been around for Centuries and have been consumed safely. So you to not have to worry. But I would encourage you to adopt a healthy Life style , meaning to minimize the use of all meats. Instead use Plant based foods as a major part of your daily diet.

Normal!: It is not uncommon in some children. If the stool is formed , child is growing i would not worry about it. It is often from green leafy vegetables, coloring agents in the food or simply due to rapid transit from small intestine to large intestine where it normally is tuned brown.

May need follow-up: This could be a hemorrhoid  since you had to force the bowel movement. If it continues you need to see a Physician. Make sure you are eating plenty of fiber in your diet and drinking plenty of water.

Uncertain: Every single test needs be interpreted with the history and physical findings in context.  Food dye allergy. other than to red carmine dye, is very rare if non-existent although it was in vogue over 40 years ago.

At least 24 hours: Wait at least 24 hours after drinking, to take any antabuse (disulfiram).  If alcohol is used in cooking, it is generally burned off in the process -- no longer available as free alcohol to cause a reaction.  Not so with liquor-laden desserts like creme de menthe over ice cream, etc.  Ask for ingredients when ordering.  Do not drink hair dye under any circumstances! used on your head, shouldn't be a problem.
