If so, the best information available is through a Google Search of" Air Cast Ankle Support Instructions for use"  You will get complete step by step instructions for applying the Air Cast.  The Air Cast ankle support is not the same as the Air Cast Boot which is  more cumbersome &amp; used for injuries that require complete immobilization.  Hope this helps!
