CN Staph: Staphylococcus comes in two main 'flavors'-Staph aureus which is coagulase positive, and a whole bunch of other Staph species which don't have the enzyme (Coagulase NEGATIVE Staph). This includes species such as S. epidermidis or S. haemolyticus. Usually these germs don't cause disease UNLESS there's a foreign body like an IV line, pace-maker, or some other device the patient needs. Ask an ID doc.

Staphylococcus: The bacteria Staphylococcus, is what we term a commensal bacterial, which means it "lives with us."  It lives on our skin, in our nose, mouth, throat, etc. A culture that says "light growth" means that it has either overpopulated the site in question or is growing at a site that should be sterile (i.e. absent of bacteria). Coagulase negative indicates it is not a strain that causes serious disease

Normal skin bug: It is a bacterium normally present on the skin. 
Where was the swab taken from and why?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Normal: Coagulase negative staph is among the most common of all bacteria on our skin and in all body openings. It is almost always harmless. Finding it semen usually just means the organism lives normally in your urethra. In very rare cases, its presence might indicate infection that needs treatment, depending on symptoms and other issues. Discuss w/ the doctor who ordered the test.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the colony count, the dominant organism and multiple organism all suggest that this is not real urinary infection. The organisms are likely to be skin contaminants.

: The urine culture report suggests a common skin contaminant was found is quantities that do not suggest an infection. The rest of these findings need to be interpreted by the doc who ordered the study in the context of your complete medical information.

: Staph aureus (i.e. coagulase positive staph) is unusual in the vagina. The need for treatment isn't clear if there are no symptoms, but if you have vaginal discharge and/or genital area discomfort, swelling, itching, etc, it probably should be treated -- and some doctors would treat it even without symptoms. Discuss antibiotic options with your doctor.
