No risk, no worry: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is not likely to be transmitted through food. Catching CMV during pregnancy is dangerous for the baby, but in adults most new infections are acquired by sex with an infected partner. If not at risk for STDs, there is little if any risk. Anyway, by age 32 most people already have the virus, but such longstanding infections carry little risk for serious infections of newborns.

No risk, no worry: You keep asking the same quesation. The answer is the same. There is little or no risk. You probably already have dormant CMV and cannot catch it again. Dormant infections rarely harm the fetus or newborn. Do your best to stop worrying about this. If any further questions, as your obstetrician.

Difficult to know: Swollen lymph nodes for months is an indication of either chronic inflammatory process or chronic or recurrent infection.  In the context of mouth ulcers, which could indicate an autoimmune phenomenon, neutrophil deficiency or recurrent likely viral infection; this is an issue deserving of serious work up and follow through (but can't be diagnosed based on this information alone). Biopsied?

Cytomegalovirus: At your age (36) you likely already have CMV, usually acquired in childhood. If so, you are immune to new infection. CMV is mostly transmitted by saliva, blood, or sexual fluids. Urine can be a source, but a miniscule urine exposure like this is very low risk, probably zero. In otherwise healthy people, most new CMV infections cause no symptoms and are harmless anyway. Nothing to worry about!

Depends: CMV (cytomegalovirus) infection in children and young adults with intact immune system is usually a trivial infection.  However, pregnant mother becomes infected the first time, the virus infects her fetus. Sensorineural hearing loss and developmental delay are  common sequelae following congenital CMV infection.

Growth problems: Acute CMV infections in pregnancy can cause stunted growth in the baby.  It can also cause liver problems, small brains, and eye problems.

Viral infection: CMV (cytomegalovirus) usually does not produce an overt infection in healthy people, but in those who are immunocompromised (as in end-stage renal disease, hiv, different forms of cancer) the infection can become serious.  If a shunt is infected, it will need treatment and you will have to talk to your doctor about this.  Is this a av shunt for dialysis, or a different shunt?
