Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

i have a few clusters of 2-3 small red itchy bumps on my forearms. the ones near my arm fold spread to my upper arm when they get blistery. help?

Poison ivy?: Cluster of skin lesions could be from poison ivy to herpes simplex, and many different conditions. Poison ivy type of contact allergy should have some history of exposure. If it stays on one area for a long time without spreading, herpes simplex maybe considered.

1.5 weeks ago i awoke to a cluster of 15 red, itchy bumps on arm. since then, awake with 1-3 new itchy bumps on both arms. some red, skin colored, or clustered. now i have a red, smelly rash on buttcrack. related? immune issue? derm dr not available?

: There is no way to diagnose this issue without seeing it. However, the rash on the buttock could be a fungal rash and an anti-fungal cream may be helpful. The can be obtained over the counter-ask your pharmacist. If this doesn’t help, see your doctor. Good luck to you!

? Infection: of hair follicles, or fungal infection, keep the area clean and dry, avoid tight clothing/underwear, try OTC antibiotic cream, unless allergic to it , if fungal infection, OTC antifungal cream can help too, if no improvement in few days, please see your doctor for proper management

Viral?: This may be from a viral or drug reaction. If the bumps come and go within hours, try taking antihistamine. If they lasts over 24 hrs, try topical hydrocortisone.  If the problem worsens or persists for for more 2 weeks. see your doctor.

See derm: This is a rather common condition especially when one lives in a hot environment.  This is an inflammatory issue which can often be controlled with low dose abx based on its antiinflammatory activity.

Rash: Difficult to say without seeing them but the fact they are so itchy makes me think of hives or bites. Send a picture if you can. Keep them clean and use an antihistamine. All the best.
