Shingles?: Shingles is  a reactivation of the chicken pox virus. Therefore, for it to be shingles, the rash must look like chicken pox. The rash starts out as vesicles, or small sized fluid blisters that eventually scab over. If this is what you see, it could be shingles and you should see a doctor right away to be placed on antiviral medication to stave off post herpetic neuralgia, a very painful condition.

This : This is quite challenging without a clinical examination.  I would recommend you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options.  Could be many conditions, including folliculitis, eczema (with secondary infection), psoriasis, lichen planus, a drug rash, or other possibilities. Possibilities are...: Greetings.The bumps described can be from several different causes. Viruses can cause firm flesh colored bumps that are similar to warts. Mites such as scabies can look like this in early stages. Sensitive skin can also cause these types of bumps. Some of these causes require treatment and some just obsevation. Hard to say: but one would suspect something from the new bedspread might be the cause- although it may have nothing to do with it at all. If you have put away the new bedspread and continue to have the skin rash more than a week after, consider seeing a dermatologist. In the meanwhile, try  topical hydrocortisone cream.

Bites: The toxins that are injected from a  bite can easily cause a local numbess and skin changes.     Bites usually just cause local  swelling and redness in the soft tissues.
