i ave a small cluster of bumps on my chest over my left breast, i have had it a month now. the itching was on and off , now the itching got unbearable?

Unclear: Without seeing the skin lesion, it is hard to say what it is.  Sometimes, an itchy lesion can be caused by a fungus - in this case you could try a cream like lotrimin (clotrimazole).  However, it could be a number of other things as well.  If this does not resolve quickly, you need to get in and have it checked.  There are some skin problems of the breast that can be very serious.

my boyfriend has bed bugs and i have a few bites spread out on my body no clusters or lines but on my breast there are patches of itchy bumps on the underside could i be infected?

Unlikely, see derm: Although unlikely, see your dermatologist to be treated for the bites and eliminate the bed bugs at the home.

i have undiagnosed lupus. we still take tests but i show many signs. i have recently noticed some new bumps on my forearm that are clustered together. i also have one on my neck and one on my breast.

Lupus?: Why do you think it is lupus?  Have you consulted with a rheumatologist?  If so and &quot;many tests were done&quot; and it is still &quot;undiagnosed&quot; then it most likely not lupus and there is something else going on. If you have not seen a rheumatologist, then it is time to do so and to trust the advice they give you.

Mastocytosis: Mastocytosis come to mind! unfortunately those darn rashes , mds need to see , feel and touch them!  a quick visit to your md will sort out this dilemma ! regards !

Time to see doctor: Any mass (lump or bump) found in a woman's breast should be examined by her primary care doctor. If cancer is suspected, special studies can be done. Treatment is more successful if a cancer is found earlier, rather than later. If the mass is found not to be cancer, her doctor can offer other helpful advice and treatment.

Needs to be checked: Any new breast lump, bump or skin changes needs to be examined by your doctor.  Usually these findings are benign but they need to be evaluated to be sure. Multiple small lumps makes me think you are feeling milk ducts but only with  an exam can we be sure.

Are they on the : Areola (colored skin around the nipple)? If so, they are likely montgomery glands- they contain material that helps to lubricate the tissues.
