Unfortunately, that: will probably not make you immune. It sounds like you need to make sure you are using condoms and try to make sure your partners are well. Researchers have been working on vaccines for chlamydia, but there is not one available yet.

i am taking mirtazapine 15mg is it true to say it can reduce your white blood cells and immune function so you are more susceptible to infections ?

Not typically: Remeron (mirtazapine) causing leukopenia is not a common occurrence and if occurring should stop.  Periodically blood counts are checked.  If there is a drop the medication is stopped.  This is one of many medications can do this.  Low counts  over time can make you more susceptible to infecions but usually as part of another process.

i have all bloodwork known only diagnosis w/fibro. hematologist bw shows low lymphocytes/white blood cells; could it be underlying immune?

Low WBC: There may be some immune issues with low WBC and lymphocyte count, but your hematologist should do additional work up. There are subtypes of lymphocytes like cd4, cd8, etc. That change in certain diseases. This may help sort it out.

The body uses cell mediated immune mechanisms to fight infections where the infecting agent gets inside the cells. In tuberculosis we use that to help diagnose previous exposure. Confusing post: The 2 available vaccines against the RNA covid virus are made with synthetic protein material that mimics that of the spikes on the virus. Injection of this synthetic protein material triggers an immune response that will attack the spikes, rendering the rest of the viral RNA inconsequential. If you stop it at the spike level, it is not able to enter the cell &amp; cause disease.

UTI: Sounds like you have many WBCs in the urine - 'pyuria'.  If symptoms are worse, you may have infection ascending to the kidneys - 'pyelonephritis' - and may need more aggressive treatment.  You need to speak with your doctor as soon as possible or go to local ED.
