Not sure: I hope for you it is implantation bleeding and you have a successful pregnancy. Only time and a pregnancy test when you would normally expect a period (about 14 days after ovulation) will tell you for sure. Good luck!

Quality of ovulation: I believe that the end of the questions says that the home pregnancy test may be low. There are differences in the quality of ovulation. At times when Progesterone levels are low even though it indicates ovulation the quality of the ovulation may not be optimal. Spotting after the mid luteal phase indicates that the Progesterone levels may not be high enough to support the endometrial lining. Please follow up with your home pregnancy tests by obtaining an office beta hcg.

Call the doc: Who put u on the Clomid (clomiphene) that doc should be following you closely!  that doc can do a blood preg test and an ultrasound to make sure the Clomid (clomiphene) did not cause an abnormal cyst.

Need to wait to test: While the progesterone(P4) levels you describe are great, they only tell us how strongly you ovulated.  On fertility medications, the P4 level can really go high.  This does not guarantee pregnancy.  So it's a reassuring finding, but not necessarily an indication of pregnancy.   If you go past your expected date of menses, check a pregnancy test.

May need Progesteron: You may need Progesterone supplements (vaginal capsules) so that you don't get bleeding after ovulation.  Talk to your doctor about this.

No: Clomid (clomiphene) induces ovulation to help you get pregnant.  If yourperiod is delayed after taking clomid, (clomiphene) you may be pregnant.

No: If a woman takes Clomid (clomiphene) and ovulates her period will come.  If a woman takes Clomid (clomiphene) and doesn't ovulate then usually her period won't come, but that isn't because the Clomid (clomiphene) stopped her cycle, but because the Clomid (clomiphene) at that dose didn't cause her to ovulate.  If she did ovulate and her period doesn't come then she should check a pregnancy test 14-16 days after the positive ovulation predictor.
