If a woman takes Clomid (clomiphene) and doesn't ovulate then usually her period won't come, but that isn't because the Clomid (clomiphene) stopped her cycle, but because the Clomid (clomiphene) at that dose didn't cause her to ovulate. If she did ovulate and her period doesn't come then she should check a pregnancy test 14-16 days after the positive ovulation predictor.
