Deconditioning: Unless you exercise daily your body muscles become very weak. This means that you will run out of stamina with any vigorous exercise like dancing or jogging.
The solution is to exercise daily, starting slow and short distance for a few days and then increase the distance and also the pace of walking. You should spend 30 min walking daily. Then you will have a healthier/stronger body and feel good!

A pediatric geneticist should examine the infant in detail and a chromosomal microarray analysis performed, if not done on the amniocentesis sample. Prenatal negative testing typically excludes major chromosomal defects, but not small ones. Good luck!

Immune system: When you are pregnant your body's immune system is less vigilant than normal so that you don't "reject" the baby growing inside you. The downside is that you're more susceptible to infections, which is what those "pus balls" are. Stop wearing earrings until you deliver the baby; that should solve the problem.
