Yes: In some woemn can cause an allergic reaction or irritation, if you think you havce an infection see your gyn for a vaginal culture and to get the proper treatment.

Check for yeast: Most common cause of vaginal discomfort is a yeast infection.Other common causes include an allergy or sensitivity to something your skin is coming into contact with,infected sweat glands or hair follicles,vulvar varicose veins,and more.Use a mirror to see if you notice any changes in the area of discomfort.See your provider if you can't figure it out and it continues to be bothersome or worsens.

i am having right lower side pain. i have been having  whitish
discharge vaginal i don't know if it's related. when should i be concerned?

Pain is severe: If pain is severe or if you have fever then you need to be evaluated urgently. If you do not have a fever and the pain is mild to moderate but you have a vaginal discharge, itching or burning then you need to be evaluated as soon as possible. If you have pain and a positive pregnancy test it could be an ectopic pregnancy and you need to be evaluated urgently.

Vaginal bleed: Fall should not cause vaginal bleed, if it does we need to find out if there is any damage to the organs in the pelvis. I would recommend you to see a doctor.

Possible bartholins : See your gynecologist. This swelling can be an abcess that may need drainage.

Ovarian cyst: Cysts are common occurences on the ovary and they resolve with ovulation. However, sometimes they persist and grow in numbers. The location, size, content are used to describe them. Your GYN can describe the importance of the US finding with you at your fu appt.
