Clindamycin is not mentioned

Your husband's diagnosis should be established (gonorrhea? chlamydia?), but don't delay; you need proper treatment for both. You cannot do this safely without professional evaluation and advice. If you discover you have it after conceiving (and you will be tested by your ob), you will be treated and retested to confirm cure.  Chlamydia is a problem for your unborn child only at birth.  A child passing down an infected birth canal can contract chlamydia with several serious consequences.
