Its possible.: Be sure to stretch your hip flexors, quads, buttocks, hamstrings and low back.

i just had arthroscope for a hip labral tear repair. 3 days ago. on crutches.  i feel a clicking i did'nt have before, mostly when adjusting my legs in bed or when sitting. is this normal?

Yes it is possible: The joint slightly inflamed after the surgery and swelling, also the tissues around it have the thing.
Give it  some time most likely will go away, if did not check with your doctor how did the surgery.

MRI : It sounds like it is probably  a variant of a "sciatica" which is an irritation of a nerve in the back causing symptoms down the leg (although there are other possibilities as well).  It is not so much you initially need to see a spine specialist, but rather probably need an MRI to establish the diagnosis, which could potentially be ordered through your primary care doctor.

Be happy!: At least a serious problem such as avn or significant osteoarthritis exists.  Your pain may be coming from trochanteric bursitis or your tensa fascia latus. See someone in orthopedics, physical medicine or rheumatology!

See your doctor: Their are different potential causes of hip clicking and pain. An orthopaedic evaluation with x-rays is the best place to start. Possible causes can include hip arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, labral tears or loose cartilage in the hip joint.

Depends: There could be many reasons for your knee pains ranging from traumatic or non-traumatic causes. You don't need to have an injury to experience the pains. Common causes include sprain, strains, bursitis, tendinitis, early arthritis/wear/tear, ligament injury or meniscus tear. Hip and foot problems, limb alignment issues, rheumatologic diseases could also cause knee pains. Seek another opinion.

Cartilage damage?: you could have an internal derangement that is causing your clicking and pain. If you haven't had it checked out yet, see an orthopedic specialist. He will need to know when the clicking occurs and what things make your knee feel worse. You may need x-rays and possibly an MRI.

sudden pain when walking in my left thigh &left lateral side foot. felt as broken &extremely painful to walk. now foot pain has disappeared but when exercising my left thigh feels kinda dislocated from the hip like i want to click it, uncomfortable

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is highly unlikely that any joint is dislocated,  It may help to reduce the intensity of your exercise and increase it gradually. It that does not help, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
