Clicking: The area where you  have the clicking is important. If you also have any headaches, dizziness or vision problems

Head clicks: I've seen this complaint before, and it always seems to be a mystery and it's never been anything scary (like a tumor). HOWEVER, I always check everything out. Possibilities include ear canal (wax can cause amplified internal sounds), joint issues in cervical spine, temporomandibular joint problems, and of course, brain issues. See your provider and ease off on running until then.

i have etd. i am a runner. when i run lately i hear a clicking sound in my inner ear which stops if i walk. is it harmful to keep running?

ETD in runners: Your ENT specialist would be in a better position to answer this question knowing your medical history and having discussed treatment options. For a chronic condition like ETD, a  regular activity like jogging shouldn't be too risky while a bit annoying. I would make sure you give yourself regular breaks to make sure your condition keeps returning to normal, while you seek additional advice.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. The usual causes are normal noise from joints and sometimes from fluid in the ear. It would be prudent to see your doctor at your convenience.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Unlikely: Please see your md for a physical to be sure but such a complaint is rarely related to brain tumors.

Pulsatile tinnitus: A number of health problems can cause the tinnitus. In many cases, an exact cause is never found. Rec.: see your PCP or ENT for further investigation and treatment if needed.

Merits a work-up: Assuming it's not raining, the sensation merits a visit to your GP or to a neurologist.  A thorough history and physical exam, as well as routine blood tests, will determine whether special imaging of brain and spine are needed to provide an answer.

my 4 month old boy has an indentation running across the top of his head.  is this normal and will it eventually even out as he gets older?

Mgt: The indentation should be further evaluated. The head circumference and growth chart, along with a photo of the area, may be uploaded for an inbox consultation. His birth history may also be reviewed for a second opinion at that time. 
One possible cause may be the growth of the skull. There are suture lines which need to aligh during this process.
