Yes: Clomiphene, Clomiphene + hcg, several gonadotropins, in some cases aromatase inhibitors, in some cases dexamethasone. These all require prescriptions in  the us.

: Yes, many larger and reputable  OB-Gyne societies recommend a BMI under 30 to start fertility medications, but some ON-Gyne docs  will treat women in the 30-35 range if age is under 37 and only with certain medications…

What infection?: If you have been diagnosed with infection it would make sense to have the doctor prescribe meds for what specific illness you have.

Ovulation: "Fertility medication" can increase the secretion of cervical mucus and depending on exactly what kind of medication, make ovulation occur earlier in the cycle than the usual "day 12-14" .  This mucus is usually "thick and stretchy" but not "milky".  You may have a yeast component to this discharge, but it should not affect your attempt at pregnancy.

i have been on montair, foxair and antihistamines for 8 years. been ttc for a year with ovulation problems. have my medications contributed to this?

Antihistamines/preg?: Any meds like the ones mentioned should be OK if not pregnant.  They do not interfere with the possibility of pregnancy.  At 36, your fertility is diminished statistically, so you might want to see a gyn endocrinologist for more concentrated investigation into fertility issues.  Tubal factors, ovulation induction need to be investigated.

Call your doctor: Your meds cause lots of ovarian  stimulation, may have excessive follicle production, cysts, etc. Ovulation can cause release of some blood, inflammation, causing mid cycle pain, sometimes with slight fever (mittelschmerz). Rectum is anatomically right near gyn organs. Local inflammation could cause these symptoms. Call your doc.

Unclear to me: On oral contraceptives your ovaries should be suppressed, thus ovulation is suppressed.  You should not be releasing oocytes (eggs).

medicines right after conception can affect the pregnancy. what about medication (benzodiazepine and pain killers) you only take a week before ovulation? can this have an effect on the eggs and therefore the possible fertilization a week later?

: No, they should not. There are certain medications which can affect the fetus after the conception if those are continued to be used such as ACEi or ARB for blood pressure. With some medications such as mycophenolate, isotretinoin, etc. you have to sign a paper to confirm that you will not get pregnant when taking them but not benzodiazepine or NSAID &amp; narcotic analgesics.

what is best medication to induce ovulation i'm 28 diagnosed with pcos at 19 have 10 cysts on each ovary not increased ever no period for 2 yrs?

Ovulation: You will need to talk to your obgyn about that. It depends on what you've tried and what your goals are. Metformin is used in some. Clomid (clomiphene) is a valid option, but it will be up to your doc to decide what's best in your case.
