Call your doctor: Your meds cause lots of ovarian stimulation, may have excessive follicle production, cysts, etc. Ovulation can cause release of some blood, inflammation, causing mid cycle pain, sometimes with slight fever (mittelschmerz). Rectum is anatomically right near gyn organs. Local inflammation could cause these symptoms. Call your doc.
