i have clear liquid coming out of my areola. i'm 20 and i don't think i'm pregnant.  there's a little pain when squeezed. should i be concerned?

Prolactin rise: Prolactin is a hormone that acts on the breast to produce milk when pregnant. If it is being inappropriately produced by a pituitary (brain) growth then clear breast liquid can also be produced. Have a MD do a prolactin blood test when you see her/him.

Be  seen: It is not normal to have nipple discharge unless one is nursing. The safest thing you can do is be seen. 
If it is the  areola and not the nipple with discharge, you may have a skin infection, and i would still want you to be seen.

Infection: Your initial problem may have been dry or irritated skin but because you skin's barrier was broken down you likely have a skin infection. You can try some topical otc antibiotic ointment. If not improving in 2-3 days would call for appointment with your dr.

Likely infected ecze: It sounds like you have gotten superficially infected eczema on the area but it is impossible to confirm without seeing your condition.  Also there could be other possible diagnosis especially if it is only in one side.  Please, check with your dermatologist for evaluation and she or he may need to do culture or a biopsy depending on how it looks.  Good luck !

Multiple causes: This can be normal or pathological. 

Breast discharge can come from the glands or the ducts. Bloody discharge is most concerning. Stimulation can cause some milky discharge. Birth control can cause discharge as well.

If the discharge is coming from both breast and multiple ducts it is less concerning.

I would recommend seeing your doctor to evaluate this. Sometimes it can be a hormonal issue.

Ant bites: Most ant bites cause a white bump in the middle. It is best not to squeeze these or poke at them. If they are itchy, using an anti-itch medicine such as caladryl clear may help. Keep them clean and avoid scratching. Call your doctor if redness spreads or there is pus drainage in the area.

See your ob/gyn: It could be anything from a benign exudate (not likely, due to blood), infection (not as likely, due to how long it's been going on), or the worst case scenario, a sign of breast cancer. I would immediately get it evaluated by your OB gyn.
