Missed periods: One thing that becomes more common as you get older is that you may start to skip some cycles.  It may start gradually and then become more consistent as you got closer to menopause.  I would monitor the changes and see if it becomes more consistent.  If you are having hot flashes as well, that may also be a symptom of the changes occurring within your body.

Yes: This is not normal. While this may be related in part to hemorrhoids, more concerning infectious, neoplastic or inflammatory conditions may be present. At the very least you should see your primary care doctor to take a look at your anus and buttocks.

Irregular menses: Irregularity in your menstrual periods is not at all uncommon and can occur for many different reasons.  Am not sure what 'foreplay' means to you, but if semen was involved in any fashion and was near your vaginal opening, whether or not there was penetration of the penis you can become pregnant.  This is not a likely cause of what you are experiencing, but thought you should know.

Watch closely: If you are not sure then you want to watch it very carefully and would be best to put a cool pack on the wound for the first 48 hours.If the redness seems to spread or the drainage turns to a white or milky discharge and the pain gets worse then you should see a provider to have this checked out and evaluated.Baking soda and water plaster to the site sometimes will soothe the area. Blood=injured tissue: Interesting post. Why you consider yourself a virgin after anal intercourse is interesting but you can use the term as  you wish. That has the same risk of sexually transmitted diseases as other forms of sex but not the risk of pregnancy. Any bleeding is evidence of tissue injury. If it happened after fingering it came from your hymen or surrounding tissues.
