Head lice: Good description.There are some over the counter treatments or you may want to have the doc confirm it and use some prescription meds.There are some varieties that have become resistant to the OTC products.

some family members are finding small winged brown bugs in hair, what could these be?  one bug was clear, 6 six legs. family is getting bit.  no nits.

Winged?: Hard to tell, if they have wings they aren't head lice.  Perhaps fleas, winged ants or sweat bees?  Have all family members wash hair and use insecticide rinse such as Rid.  Be sure to launder all bedding and clothing, and have your pets checked.  If this doesn't clear them up, see your doctor.  Good luck!

: If what you described are accurate you have 2 different symptoms, hematemesis (vomit blood) and hemoptysis (cough up blood). The first symptom is not uncommon which can happen when you are retching too much; however, it is not related to the second symptom unless you have aspirating pneumonia with heavy vomiting in supine position. If fever or dyspnea or chest pain occurs you need to see a doctor.

Bump with pain: There are several possibilities, including a stye and an abscess.  If t is tender, it may be infected.  An abscess needs to be drained by a skilled eye surgeon (ophthalmologist).  Do not try to drain it yourself, since it may be located near a tear drainage duct.

There is also rapid cellular replication in the skin and hair, and so taking these vitamins will help skin and hair. However, if you already have adequate levels of these vitamins, you probably won't see much difference.

Marine Fish Oil: Glad to see you've been to a dermatologist.  You can consider using high doses of good quality marine fish oil to lubricate your skin from the inside.  You are young for male pattern baldness and if your hair was thicker before your skin that's a good sign.  I know it's a sensitive topic but keep your focus on being a good person and the superficial stuff will become less important.
