Winged?: Hard to tell, if they have wings they aren't head lice. Perhaps fleas, winged ants or sweat bees? Have all family members wash hair and use insecticide rinse such as Rid. Be sure to launder all bedding and clothing, and have your pets checked. If this doesn't clear them up, see your doctor. Good luck!
