Holy COW!: Unlikely you would get any diseases from the cow, but a puncture wound from a dirty needle could become infected quickly. You should be seen, and evaluated for antibiotics. You should also get a tetanus shot if it has been more than 2 years since your last booster, as puncture wounds are the most likely to get infected with the clostridium bacteria that cause tetanus.

in great shape and eat clean, i have had pneumonia strep throat and 2 sinus infections in the last month why can't i stay healthy and not get sick?

More information?: If these were four discrete illnesses that resolved in between, then you definitely need to see a physician for evaluation.   If this was a cold, that had a secondary complication of a sinus infection with pneumonia and your strep throat was not a separate illness, then just good hand washing is in order!  How are all of these illnesses being diagnosed?

Any of the above: Many things to consider. Less likely cancer recurrence given recent CT. This pain can be radiation pneumonitis, postoperative pain, insufficiency fracture (not cancer related), from lymphedema (swelling of the arm/chest), pneumonia. Definitely go to your doctor for further evaluation.

had an agressive viral pneumonia 5 weeks back, no fever since 2 weeks, still coughing,  have a sore throat and one lymph node swelled at the neck. 2 days ago took blood test no bacteria and lung x-ray clean. should i do more tests or just let it pass?

Mgt: You may have acquired another viral illness, if you continue to cough for three to four weeks, I would advise seeing your PCP.

Eat what you like: You can eat whatever you like. It is important to maintain good nutrition while fighting off an infection.  Note,  some antibiotics need to be taken on an empty stomach and some foods or other medicines can impair absorption of some antibiotics so check this with your pharmacist.

Doubtful : that you will catch pneumonia from contact with your phone.  In general be sure to clean the surface of your phone.

Too little info...: The answer depends on many variables, i.e. The success of the surgery, complications, cardiovascular status, presence of a respirator, the individual's previous respiratory status and reserve, type of organism and speed with which it is recognized and treated, etc.  Need a lot more information and would refer you to the treating physician.

There : There is a rare form of pneumonia that is transmitted by certain birds, including pigeons called psittacosis, its caused by a bacteria called chlamydia psittaci. The transmission is typically from inhaling the feces from the birds or inhaling the dust from the feathers, and less commonly from being bitten by a bird. The symptoms of this type of pneumonia are similar to more common types (fever, chills. Cough with sputum production etc.)
 if you have sick pigeons have them treated right away and while handling them always wear a mask!

COVID 19: If you were ill that far back, it isn't likely that this was COVID 19. However, COVID 19 antibody tests can show if there was past infection.
