Antiseptic wipe,pape: Antiseptic wipes if you have them, paper towel or toilet paper if you don't. Can always use paper as a liner before you sit down.  Wash your hands with soap and water when you are done.

Probably too late: to do anything about it. Asking on Healthtap is not what I would advise in an emergency = there are poison control center hotlines in every city.  If this friend drank phenol, even a bottlecap full may be highly toxic and s/he needs to go to the nearest emergency department, preferably in a Trauma Center if that is available. Since it is caustic, and may be combined with acids it needs expert care

Washed hands?: If you washed your hands thoroughly with soap and water (and did not have any gaping wounds on your hands), then it is vanishingly unlikely--would even say "no.".

It is very poisonous: Most toilet bowl cleaners are some form of bleach, and that is also toxic. Phenol (or carbolic acid) is caustic and can burn the mouth, lips, tongue and esophagus, and if absorbed can cause seizures. It can be fatal. Your friend needs to go to an ER immediately. If he or she was taking it with suicidal intent, psychiatric evaluation is also necessary.

See below: I'm going to assume you are referring to blood on the paper after a bowel movement accompanied by anal pain.Blood most likely is from a slightly bleeding hemorrhoid. Pain may be coming from a small clot in a hemorrhoid.  Try an OTC hydrocortisone/lidocaine cream and follow the advise in the following link. Not blood: This is a chemical reaction with the cleaner that you use.  However, when you clean the toilet, they should disappear unless the seat is permanently stained.  Try using a different cleaning agent.

i was cleaning our toilet yesterday using muriatic acid and accidentally inhaled  it, i'm still having feelings of dizziness ?

Chlorine: Muriatic acid can release chlorine gas when mixed with water. If you have no eye irritation, shortness of breath or mucous membrane irritation, the dizziness should pass. I would avoid using strong chemicals to clean in the future. Simple bleach should be enough.
