i have a radiating pain into my clavicle which has now started in my rib cage area on the one side, i have not been sick, nor have i fallen or injured myself. what could it be?

Monitor it for now: Pains like this can happen to all of us but they usually resolve in 1-2 weeks. You may need to take a mild pain pill like Tylenol if it is bothering you much.
If the pain is progressing to more severe degree in 2 weeks time, then you need to see your doctor for examination and possibly some tests to find out the cause and to make sure that your bones are healthy.

woke up w/a tender bump (size of a pea/marble) behind my rt ear i started to get a radiating pain down my neck that also sits on my clavicle/rt should?

Infected cyst: Most likely you have infected cyst , you will need antibiotics and  I&D  please see your doctor.

my ac and clavicle are loose or torn.. from football. it's been 7 weeks and hasn't healed. will the tendons or ligaments grow back and look normal?

Tendons and : Ligaments do not grow back.  But usually the supporting muscles strengthen to make up for the weakness,  once the swelling goes down, depending on severity of damage.  Consult with an ortho surgeon for specific recommendation regarding possible surgical repair.

Treatment: I do not how long out you are from your injury, but typically these are managed conservatively.  However, if you persist to have a nonunion with your fracture your surgeon can repair this.

Pain: You have to be more  specific about distribution of your pain,  also the type of hysterectomy you had -  trans vaginal or trans abdominal, than i can be more helpful.

Nerve pain: The radiating pain in your calf is a nerve pain.  It can be from your lumbar spine or nerve in your leg.  Please see a doctor for evaluation.  Nerve test would help to identify the issues.
