which dietary fats would you increase to create class one eicosanoids?

Never heard: of classes of eicosanoids and my PhD is in a related field and I taught inflammation to medical students.
I'm assuming PROSTAGLANDINS because those are the only ones we care about.
Unsaturated oils. Omega 3 and olive. Especially omega 3 because they are metabolized to the heart healthy prostaglandins. Flax oil, deep sea fish are sources.

i have medications that are class one i guess (clonazepam & another) ive been on years and my doctor isnt working anymore: what do i do?

: Have your records transferred to another local office that can help you with your health needs. Your previous doc office may offer options as to where you want to have your care transferred, however such meds will not be guaranteed not to mention that they are never a good option long range. The new doc and the office will at least coordinate in case a different specialist is needed.

Confused...: A class one malocclusion is in fact a malocclusion. There 3 basic types of malocclusions 1, 2, 3. They refer to the relationship of only the upper and lower molars to one another. If you have a cl 1 malocclusion, your molars are correct in biting but either crowding or some other issue defines the malocclusion. As to shaving off teeth: if part of an orthodontic plan, it can be useful: careful!

Ask the parent: Why give food or treats for valentines day? There may be children with other food allergies or sensitivities that you are not aware of. Consider non food activities instead. If you still must have food, then please contact the child's parent(s) and seek their advice. They know what affects their child.

: Assuming diagnosis is correct, your pattern is consistent with "Chronic daily migraine".  Time to consult a neurologist and get pattern broken-up.

i'm practicing yoga after a long hiatus. how do i determine a safe stretch for my body? i've attended one class, so far, and until my flexibility increases, i want to avoid injury by stretching safely, but still achieve a productive stretch.

I : I recommend discussing this with your yoga teacher.  It is always safest to start slow and slowly increase your stretch over many days or weeks as you adjust to the stretch.  You want to avoid painful stretches to try to decrease chance of tearing soft tissues or injuring yourself. Good luck!

No clear answer. As: with all medications, the big issue is not the medication but the situation; the dominant issue. Being alive is fantastically complex. Rx meds are only single molecules recommended in specific quantities/time to shift behavior, hopefully toward better. Stomach acid production can vary a million fold/24 hr; pH 7 to pH 1. H2 blocker can ↓ acid 100 fold; PPIs 1,000 fold, of the million range.
