Yes : No drug you take is wi thought side effects , however you have to put everything into perspectivesnd why your doctor prescribed the medication .                  Unless you are pregnant there should be no problem with taking both drugs the same day . You should take Inuprophen with food because of its potential of causing ulcers and bleeding .

Use w/ some caution: Both citalopram and the anti-inflammatory drugs you listed (ibuprofen, naproxen) are associated with an increase in bleeding risk. A person taking a couple doses of the anti-inflammatory usually has nothing to worry about if they have no history of bleeding. Otherwise, it’s best to let your doctor weigh in. If self-treating pain (headaches, aches) or mild fever, paracetamol may be a better bet.

Caution: You might be cautious about this combination for 2 reasons. 1-  Ibuprofen can enhance the antiplatelet activity of citalopram and bleeding is a possibility.  2- tetracycline inhibits the liver enzyme (cyp 3a4) that processes citalopram -- so it could build up in your system, resulting in more sedation or other side effects.  Discuss with your doctor.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Celexa (citalopram) and Tylenol (acetaminophen) no drug interactions. Celexa (citalopram) and NSAIDs do not take together,  increased risk of upper GI bleeding. Talk to your health care provider for more information.
