Can u take citalopram , ibuprofen , co codamol, tetracycline at the same time?

Caution: You might be cautious about this combination for 2 reasons. 1- Ibuprofen can enhance the antiplatelet activity of citalopram and bleeding is a possibility. 2- tetracycline inhibits the liver enzyme (cyp 3a4) that processes citalopram -- so it could build up in your system, resulting in more sedation or other side effects. Discuss with your doctor.
