if i putting ciprodex and after an hour can i use debrox earwax removal?

Not necessary: Ciprodex is  an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory ear drop for an infection in the ear canal, usually swimmers ear, and will in itself, soften cerumen. Diluting it with debrox, a wax softener may decrease the possibility of treating the ear canal infection efficiently.

I think you : Have double ureter in one of your kidneys, instead of the usual, which is one.  It does not require any special treatment as long as your kidney is working fine.

Not really at all...: While some of the ssris (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) may not be all that specific and work via norepinephrine as well, escitalopram (lexapro/cirpalex) is pretty specific. This means it is not as activating as Prozac and zoloft (sertraline) (also ssris) that are generally taken in the morning like the adhd medications (adderall/ritalin) which are very activating (via norepinephrine and dopamine).

Not sure: In general, it is recommended that medications not be used after expiration date. With that said, there is a big difference between being expired for 5 days versus 5 years. Your pharmacist should be able to provide more information.

Cipralex: If you meant cipralex, it is another brand name of Lexapro (escitalopram) which is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor used to treat depression/anxiety. Unlike adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) it is not a stimulant.
