Rashes: rashes really can not be diagnosed over the computer and need to be examined in person to get the best diagnosis for the best treatment.  A guess, even though it is not itchy, would be a fungal infection (Tinea Corporis).

Ring shaped rash: Sounds like this could be ring worm- a fungal infection if the skin. It's quite common esp in hot environments, and if contact with kids. You might want to try Clotrimazole 1% or other topical anti fungal cream for 10 days. If that doesn't wipe it out, better show it to a doc for definitive evaluation and treatment.

See Your Doctor: Your rash suggests a condition called Cutaneous Mastocytosis; excess mastocyte cells accumulate usually in skin &amp; release histamine; causing itching, hives, &amp; more. Can occur as single or multiple lesions, involved skin is darker in color. Stroking or other mechanical trauma to skin can cause symptoms to flare-up. Occurs in children &amp; ages 30-49 yrs.  See doctor for correct diagnosis &amp; treatment.

See your doctor: If you are using otc meds, the are not always effective.  Sometimes a prescription antifungal is needed.  But there are other types of rashes that can look like ringworm.  See you doctor for a recheck.

This : This is difficult to answer without a clinical examination.  It could be many things including eczema, hives, fungal infection, or other possibilities. Treatment/Derm: A Dermatology referral from your PCP is recommended. Watch for swelling and pain associated with the rash. Eczema lotion may be applied several times per day as well as a low dose steroid topic cream twice daily. Avoid harsh soaps and detergent.
