: Though lexapro cause weight gain, not everyone gains weight, maybe 40% of the patients. It also depends how active you are and how healthy you are eating.Avoid smoking; be active and exercise regularly, avoid processed meat, excess carbohydrates and you should be okay in all likelihood.

If you are experiencing anxiety, maybe you need to consult your physician for adjusting the dose, starting psychotherapy in combination, or adding a new agent to the regimen. The most important is documenting what is the source of the anxieties, and how they develop.. The proper diagnosis is key to treatment.

Depends on you: ALWAYS discuss these things when you get a Rx! This is a good ? to ask Dr. Most often morning is chosen, but your issues or schedule might make another time better. It's also good to make sure they know about all other medications you take.  You can also just try different times after a week or so if it is less helpful than you'd like.
